Essential Infant and Child First Aid with Doctor Mum for Kids
When it comes to your child’s safety, feeling confident in an emergency makes all the difference. The Essential Infant and Child First Aid Course is a comprehensive, 3-hour training designed to equip parents and carers with the core life-saving skills every family should know. From CPR to managing choking, burns, febrile seizures and everyday accidents, this practical workshop empowers you to respond calmly and effectively when it matters most. Delivered in English by Doctor Mum for Kids, a paediatrician and provider of first aid training and family health education, this session blends expert medical knowledge with real-world parenting insight.
What to expect:
Doctor-led expertise: Evidence-based, up-to-date guidance from Doctor Mum for Kids, a British paediatrician who’s also a parent of two small children in Copenhagen.
Comprehensive first-aid foundation: Covers the essential skills for handling medical emergencies from age 0 to 18. From CPR and choking management to common injurie such as burns, cuts, head injuries, febrile seizures, severe allergic reactions and poisoning.
Hands-on learning: Practical demonstrations, opportunities for hands-on practice on state-of-the-art resuscitation dolls and discussion of real-life scenarios to build confidence.
Family-friendly approach: Accessible, supportive and designed to empower parents and carers.
